1. Products & Services.

• All fireplace products are subject to availability.
• Images shown are for illustrative purposes; exact appearance may vary depending on materials and finishes.
• Custom orders are subject to extended lead times and may require a deposit.

2. Pricing & Payments.

• All prices include VAT unless stated otherwise.
• Quotes are valid for 30 days.
• Payments must be made in full before delivery or installation, unless otherwise agreed.

3. Delivery & Installation.

• We aim to deliver and install on the agreed date; however, delays due to unforeseen circumstances may occur.
• The customer is responsible for ensuring access and preparing the installation area in advance.
• Installations are carried out by certified professionals to comply with safety regulations.

4. Cancellations & Returns.

• Bespoke or made-to-order items are non-refundable.
• Standard items may be returned within 14 days in unused condition. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• Cancellations after installation booking may incur a fee.

5. Guarantees & Liability.

• Most products come with a manufacturer’s guarantee. Please retain your receipt or invoice.
• We are not liable for damage caused by misuse, unauthorised modifications, or improper maintenance.
