At **MB Manufacturing trading as Bains Fireplaces**, we take great care to ensure your order arrives safely and in excellent condition.

Delivery Areas

We deliver throughout **England and Wales**.

If you require delivery outside these areas, please contact us for a quotation before placing your order.

 Delivery Times

**Stock products:** Delivery times will be confirmed when your order is accepted.

**Bespoke micro marble and limestone surrounds:** Manufactured to order. Estimated lead times will be confirmed when your order is placed.

All delivery dates are estimates and may vary due to manufacturing schedules or circumstances beyond our control.

Heavy & Fragile Goods

Many of our products are heavy and fragile. Please ensure:

* Suitable access is available for delivery.

* Someone is present to accept the delivery.

* Adequate assistance is available where required.

Additional charges may apply if delivery cannot be completed due to restricted access or the customer not being available.

Inspection on Delivery

Please inspect your delivery as soon as reasonably possible.

If you notice any damage or receive the wrong item, notify us promptly and, where possible, within **48 hours**. Photographs of the packaging and product will help us resolve the matter quickly.

Please do not install damaged goods before contacting us.

Storage

If your fireplace is not being installed immediately, it should be stored indoors, in a dry location, on a flat, level surface and, where possible, kept in its original packaging.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout or confirmed as part of your quotation, depending on the products ordered and the delivery location.
