About Us

A Family Business Built on Quality, Value and Service

Welcome to Bains Fireplaces, where traditional craftsmanship meets modern design.

We are proud to be one of the Midlands and South West's leading fireplace specialists, with large showrooms in Bristol and Coventry, showcasing over 170 fires and fireplaces from many of the UK's leading manufacturers.

Unlike many retailers, we don't simply sell fireplaces – we manufacture our own bespoke marble and limestone surrounds. Every surround is made to your exact requirements, allowing you to create a fireplace that perfectly suits your home. Better still, many of our bespoke alterations are included at no extra cost, giving you complete flexibility without the premium price.

Whether you're looking for a contemporary media wall, a traditional fireplace, a stylish electric fire or a high-efficiency gas fire, our experienced team is here to help you choose the perfect combination.

Our showrooms allow you to see products operating before you buy, compare styles and finishes, and receive honest, knowledgeable advice without pressure. We also offer professional installation, ensuring your new fireplace is fitted safely and to the highest standards.

We believe in offering exceptional value as well as exceptional quality. That's why our showroom visitors benefit from exclusive promotions, package deals and special offers that are not always available online. If you've received a genuine like-for-like quotation elsewhere, we'll always do our very best to match or beat it.

From your first visit to the final installation, our aim is simple: to provide outstanding products, competitive prices and customer service that exceeds expectations.

Whether you visit our Bristol or Coventry showroom or shop with us online, we look forward to helping you create the perfect focal point for your home.
